Access conditions

This is an event reserved strictly for professionals in the field, and all visitors must be able to prove that their visit is of a professional nature. All visitors must wear their badge visibly at all times. Only the organiser is authorised to validate badge requests. Access to the exhibition with weapons or any dangerous material (self-defence bombs, aerosols, etc.) is prohibited.
An official photographer and video team acting on behalf of Cyber On Board will take images of the event.By taking part in the event, you authorise the organiser to use the images, which may show participants and speakers, in any communication and promotional media relating to the event and for any length of time.
By registering, you authorise the sharing of your contact details with the organisation and other event participants. The organisation undertakes not to use them outside the framework of Cyber On Board.

How is the traffic jam in Toulon's area?  
The Toulon urban area is particularly prone to traffic peaks during morning and evening hours. We advise you to take precautions to anticipate potential traffic jams.
Is it near Toulon/Hyères airport?
Please note that no shuttle service is available to transport participants between parking areas, train stations, airports, and the event venue. 
Please ensure to plan your route in advance and make necessary arrangements to ensure your timely arrival.
